Our refund policy is outlined below:
Once you have made a purchase and completed the required or partial payment, no changes, modifications, or refunds will be allowed.
Softskillspedia reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course, modify the course structure, or change the list of speakers without prior notice.
However, as part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we want you to have a positive experience when transacting with us. For our online workshops, you may contact us up to 24 hours before the workshop begins and request a change of batch if you are unable to attend due to any reason (subject to availability of the batch). Simply send an email to csoftskillspedia@gmail.com with your name and a copy/snapshot of your payment receipt.
Please note that no refunds will be issued if the course commencement date is changed. However, refunds will be initiated if Softskillspedia cancels the workshop.
Participants who fail to attend the course will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Refunds will not be provided if there are alterations to the structure or content of the course.
Softskillspedia reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this policy without prior notice.
